Okay, this time I’m plugging another of my stories.

They paid me! Yay!!

No, it wasn’t a lot. I will not be quitting my day job this week/month/year. But my motto is “Will Write for Beer,” and I suspect my liver couldn’t handle a REAL payday!

Here in issue three of The Land Beyond the World Magazine is my story, “Not All Magic is Abracadabra.” That’s supposed to be a link, so hopefully you can read it if you want. It’s modestly witty and has lots of wordplay and demonstrates that the most magical things in the world sometimes happen inside a person’s head … or heart.

Yeah, it’s been a long dry spell for me. Welcome to the world of COVID.
